Heat source and temperature control of peanut machinery

The operation of peanut machinery mainly includes baking, frying, etc. These processes are inseparable from the heat source, so the heat source is very important. How should we control the heat source and temperature of the equipment in the process of use? Let's take a look:


1、 Before starting the fire, we need to check the oil level display tube on the expansion tank, and ensure that the oil level is about 20 mm higher than the bottom of the glass tube. If the oil level cannot reach the level, 330 # heat transfer oil should be added in time.


2、 After the fire is started, we need to turn on the high-temperature pump to accelerate the circulation of heat transfer oil. When the temperature of the oven reaches 80 ℃, start the forward rotation button of the cage to make the cage work, so as to prevent high temperature deformation.


3、 The oil temperature of the oven can be controlled at about 290 ℃. The temperature can be controlled by opening and closing the fuel valve. When the oil temperature is higher than 300 ℃, open the fuel valve to cool down. When the oil temperature is lower than 290 ℃, close the fuel valve to raise the temperature. The oil temperature cannot exceed 300 ℃ to prevent the heat transfer oil from reaching the boiling point.


4、 The closure tightness of peanut oven box can be adjusted. The integrally formed silicone rubber door seal ring ensures that the oven should burn high-quality coal with high vacuum degree in the box. During the burning process, the furnace bars should be cleaned in time to prevent poor ventilation caused by coal coking.


5、 During the working process, when operating the forward and reverse buttons, the cage shall be stopped stably and then the reverse button shall be started to prevent the inertia from damaging the motor and other parts.
