Screening treatment and equipment adjustment peanuts must be screened before entering the peeling machine. If they are not screened, there will be uneven size. Only the peanuts with uniform size can take off the red skin. In this regard, before using the equipment, users should strictly screen the peanuts, and adjust the spacing of peeling rubber rollers. The spacing should depend on the size of peanuts. In general, the distance between the two peeling cots shall be less than the average diameter of the peeled peanuts by about 2-3mm.

Soaking sequence and time the relationship between soaking sequence and time is a key technology of the process. The practice shows that the best soaking sequence and time are: first cold soaking for 30 minutes and reheat soaking for 0.5 ~ 1 minute. At this time, the peanuts are cool inside and hot outside, the overall moisture is saturated, the epidermis is is heated and expanded, tends to fall off and is very easy to peel.

Precautions: after hot soaking, it must enter the machine with warm water to make it not dry and cool, so as to achieve satisfactory peeling effect. Using the above method to peel peanuts, the peeling rate is close to 100%, which greatly improves the peeling efficiency and the quality of peanut food.
