commissioning of production equipment

The trial operation of production equipment is carried out before leaving the factory and before it is officially put into use after the user's installation. This process can help check whether the equipment meets the design and use requirements and can be put into production normally. During the test run, problems in installation, manufacturing and design can be shown.

It is emphasized that the commissioning of the machine is due to the micro uneven machining marks on the surface of various newly processed mating parts. If the load operation is carried out without running in, the uneven friction surface of the parts will be damaged quickly, which will greatly increase the wear of the parts, even cause the parts to get stuck and damaged, and shorten the service life. The purpose of test run is to obtain a smooth and hard pressure bearing surface through running in (due to the gradual increase of load, the uneven friction surface can be grinded and smoothed step by step), and at the same time, get a suitable matching clearance, so that it can withstand the load during normal operation, and lay a good foundation for the normal operation of the machine and prolonging the service life in the future.

First, idle and light load work for a certain time to make the machine get preliminary running in; At the same time, during this period, strengthen the inspection, maintenance and adjustment of the technical status of the machine.

The determination of commissioning procedures depends on many factors: material of parts, manufacturing quality, load size, relative movement speed, duration under this load and movement speed, quality of lubricating materials used, etc. The key factors are the unit pressure on the running in part, the relative movement speed of the running in part and the duration of movement under this load.
