2. The requirements for the peanut oven are as follows: the dry and wet peanuts are suitable, too dry will lead to high crushing rate; too wet will affect the working efficiency. The peanuts (peels and fruits) stored in rural areas are generally relatively dry, so the following methods can be adopted to make them suitable for drying and wetting


1) Shelling in winter. Before shelling, spray about 10kg warm water on 50kg peel fruit evenly, cover it with plastic film for about 10 hours, and then cool it in the sun for about 1 hour before shelling. In other seasons, the time of covering with plastic film is about 6 hours, and the rest are the same


2) The dried peanuts (peels) can be soaked in a large pool. After soaking, the peanuts can be taken out immediately and covered with plastic film for about one day. Then they can be dried and dried properly before shelling


3. In rural areas, there is only one transformer in a village, and every household is scattered. In addition, the wires and circuits used are not very standard, which makes the voltage of users far away from the transformer insufficient.
