1. Before using the peanut peeling machine, first check whether the fasteners are tightened, whether the rotating part is flexible, whether there is lubricating oil in each bearing, and whether the peeling machine is placed stably. In order to ensure the safety of the operator, grounding protection must be adopted for the motor shell (the motor shell is reliably connected with the grounding body with a wire).
2. Use human power to rotate the peanut peeling machine a few times before powering on. If there is a knocking sound, find out the cause and power on again.
3. The appropriate screen should be selected according to the size of peanut kernels.
Four. After power-on, test run first and pay attention to whether the rotation of the rotor is correct. After the motor is started, the rotation of the rotor should be consistent with the direction marked on the implement. Run idling for a few minutes to observe if there is any abnormal noise. After the operation is normal and stable, peanuts can be put into the hopper quantitatively, evenly and continuously.
5. There are also requirements for the dryness and wetness of peanuts, that is, peanuts should not be too dry or too wet. If it is too dry, the breaking rate of peanuts will be high; if it is too wet, the peeling speed will be slower. In winter, peanuts stored in rural areas are generally dry. In order to make it dry and wet, the following methods can be used: spray about 15 kg of warm water on 100 kg of peanuts, cover with plastic film for about 10 hours, and then dry in the sun Shelling can begin in about 1 hour. It only takes about 6 hours to cover with plastic film in other seasons, and the rest of the operation methods are the same.
Six. The way to solve the increase of peanut shells is to move the motor down to tighten the fan belt and increase the amount of blowing.
Seven. When peeling, the peanuts should be fed evenly and in an appropriate amount. Iron filings, stones and other debris are not allowed to be mixed in to prevent breaking the peanuts or causing mechanical accidents. When the peanut kernels cover the surface of the sieve, the outlet switch can be turned on.
