The heat transfer oil heating circulation system of peanut machinery is composed of fuel combustion chamber, heat transfer oil heater and oil return preheater. In order to improve the thermal efficiency of the oil heating furnace, an oil return preheater is set on the top of the oil heating furnace, so as to make full use of the heat energy of the fuel used in the oil heating furnace and make the energy saving effect of the whole system better.


The system is mainly composed of oil pump and pipeline. Centrifugal pump or low pressure and large flow gear pump can be selected as oil pump. Centrifugal pump can be selected when there are more heat equipment, and gear pump can be selected when there are less heat equipment. In addition to the perfect operation function and reasonable layout of the heat transfer oil circulation pipeline system, the oil guide pipe should have enough flow area (FK), that is, the inner diameter of the oil guide pipe should make the oil flow rate meet the recommended value VI. for the oil suction pipe, V1 = 1.5 ~ 2m / s;


The heat transfer oil circulation heating system is a pressure operation system. The micro pressure in the pipeline is mainly used to overcome the friction resistance of the pipeline and the heater duct to the oil operation. The pressure control device in the system is pressure gauge and pressure (overflow) valve, which is mainly used to divert the oil back to the oil furnace through the overflow valve when regulating the temperature and throttling. The flow control is realized by the adjustable flow valve (on-off valve) in the system. Its function is to control the amount of heat transfer oil entering the heater per unit time and fine tune the temperature of the heater accordingly. The temperature control of the heater working face is mainly realized by the oil temperature at the outlet of the oil heating furnace, that is, by the opening size of the throttle valve, which is controlled by the burner of the oil heating furnace and the throttle valve. The temperature display can be adjusted according to different measuring positions.
