Adjustment of gas burner

With the deepening of the national environmental protection policy, electric boiler, oil boiler, gas boiler has been rapidly promoted, so how to adjust the gas burner in the use process?

A. Before ignition, the combustion equipment and electrical equipment should be carefully inspected. All pipelines must be sealed and inspected. The pressure test of gas pipeline should be carried out according to the national standard, and no gas leakage is allowed.

B. Start the burner before the operation of the boiler and control the ignition program. First of all, the time of pre blowing and purging shall not be less than 10 minutes. It is often said that pre blowing (the total ventilation volume during purging shall not be less than three times of the total volume from the furnace to the chimney inlet flue), so as to clean the residual gas in the furnace and prevent explosion during ignition. After the scavenging time, start the small fire, and then start the large fire after the set time, and the boiler will burn normally. If the ignition fails at one time, the fuel supply shall be cut off immediately, and the ignition can be started only after purging again.

C. After normal combustion, adjust the gas pressure according to the burner instruction;

D. Adjust the air distribution so that no black smoke can be seen.

E. If there is a fire-fighting signal, the controller will send a command to the flame monitoring device after detection, immediately cut off the fuel valve, and then re ignite according to the ignition control procedure after troubleshooting.

F. The flame monitoring device should be checked frequently to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
