1. The peanut shelling machine adopts triangle belt transmission. After the new belt is used for a period of time, due to the effect of tension, it will gradually extend and relax. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check whether the tension of each driving belt and the clearance of each matching part are appropriate, and timely adjust it.

2. During the operation of peanut sheller, it is necessary to pay attention to the speed, sound and temperature of the machine. Every time a variety is removed or a day's operation is finished, the machine should be shut down to check whether the bearings are overheated and whether the fastening screws and key pins of each part are loose. If the looseness is found, it should be tightened at any time, especially for the high-speed parts, such as whether the upper and lower fan blades, especially the lower fan blades, are worn or broken, and whether the reinforcing plates used outside the blades are worn or deformed If problems are found, they should be repaired or replaced in time.

3. The screen hanging shaft and the bearings of all movable joints should be checked in time to see if there is oil shortage and wear, and once it occurs, it should be replaced with oil. After each operation, the sieve bottom of the fruit rubbing machine, i.e. the hole seam of the fish scale plate, shall be cleaned regularly with a steel brush.

4. After the end of the processing season, the machine will be a major inspection. Check the operation and wear of each bearing; check whether there is deformation or crack at the bottom of the screen; check the wear condition of the sorting screen. After the inspection, repair the damaged part and remove the dirt and residual peanut in the machine.

5. After the peanut sheller is used, the belt is removed and the machine is placed in a dry warehouse. The removed Belt should be hung on the indoor wall which is not exposed to the sun.
