Our peanut peeler is driven by V-belt. After a long time of use, the belt will gradually stretch and relax due to the effect of tension. If the temperature of the belt pulley is found to rise, it is necessary to check whether the belt slips, and tension or replace it according to the situation, so as to avoid too low speed of the peanut peeling machine. The working temperature of the motor should not exceed 60 ℃. If the temperature of the motor is too high, stop the machine immediately and check the circuit to ensure that the voltage reaches or approaches 380V, and the voltage of two-phase motor needs to reach 220V. The temperature of the bearing should not exceed 25 ℃. If the temperature of the bearing seat is too high, stop the machine immediately to check whether the bearing is damaged, so as to avoid greater loss.
