If any problem is found, it is necessary to repair and replace it in time.

3. The bearing of some movable joints should be checked in time to see if there is oil shortage and wear. If there is oil shortage and wear, it should be filled and replaced in time.

4. The temperature of different parts should be appropriate, the temperature of the motor should not exceed 60 ℃, the temperature of the bearing should not exceed 25 ℃, the temperature of the motor should not exceed 60 ℃, if the temperature is too high, the cause should be found out and checked in time.

5. After the end of processing, a large-scale inspection of the machine should be carried out. After the inspection, repair the damaged part and clean the residue in the machine.
