Separation form of peanut sheller

The peanut sheller has no noise and dust (no mask and hat for shelling), and the shelling rate is 99%, and it is very clean.


The peanut fruit is fed manually and falls into the coarse grid first. Due to the rubbing force between the rotation of the tray and the concave plate of the fixed grid, the peanut shell is stripped, and the separated peanut kernel and shell fall through the grid at the same time, and then through the air duct, most of the peanut shell is blown out of the machine by the wind, while the peanut kernel and some of the peanut small fruits that have not been stripped fall into the specific gravity sorting screen. After re screening, Peanut kernel goes up from the separation screen surface and flows into the sack through the material opening, while the peanut (small fruit) that has not been peeled flows down from the screen surface and flows into the elevator through the material outlet. Then it is sent to the fine grid by the elevator for secondary shelling, and then sorted through the specific gravity branch screen to achieve full stripping.


The concept of the new peanut sheller without separator is that the separator is carried out as an independent work elsewhere. The fan sheller can only separate the shell from the mixture of nuts and non peeled pods, but can not separate nuts from this mixture.


After the machines and tools operate normally, the peanuts are put into the feed hopper quantitatively, evenly and continuously. The peanut shell is broken under the repeated impact, friction and collision of the rotor. Peanut is suitable for dry and wet. If it is too dry, the crushing rate is high, and if it is too wet, the work efficiency will be affected. Therefore, the processing method shall be selected according to the actual operation.
