Application environment requirements of peanut sheller

Before the installation and use of peanut sheller and other electrical equipment, it is necessary to carefully investigate and select the installation environment to avoid adverse effects on the equipment due to adverse factors in the environment. Combined with the operating environment requirements of peanut sheller, we make the following summary:

1. The equipment is sensitive to ambient temperature, humidity, state of air medium and other conditions. For example, moisture, conductive dust, corrosive vapor and gas damage the insulation of electrical equipment, thus greatly reducing its insulation resistance, which may bring dangerous voltage to the shell, base, hood and other metal parts of electrical equipment, resulting in electric shock accidents. In this case, if the ambient temperature is high, the human body resistance will also be reduced, thus increasing the risk of electric shock. There are metal grounding objects near conductive floors and electrical equipment, which will increase the risk of electric shock. Because in this case, whether the human body directly contacts the charged body or accidentally contacts the charged body, it is easy to form a current circuit, and a large current may flow through the human body.

2. Various environments are affected by seasons, weather and other external factors to varying degrees. No environment can be invariable. However, moisture, dust, high temperature, corrosive gas and vapor will damage the insulation of electrical equipment and increase the risk of electric shock. Great attention must be paid to these unsafe factors.

3. The ground of the workplace shall be flat and clean, without pits and holes, water stains and oil stains to prevent tripping.

4. The necessary space and passage shall be reserved around the machine tool equipment, and the tools and workpieces shall be placed neatly.

5. In addition to mixed lighting, local lighting devices with sufficient illumination shall be added according to different operating conditions. Lighting shall be arranged to avoid glare at the work site.
