Centrifugal pump or low-pressure and large flow gear pump can be selected for oil pump, centrifugal pump can be selected when there are more thermal equipment, and gear pump can be selected when less thermal equipment is used. In addition to the perfect operation function and reasonable layout of the heat transfer oil circulation pipeline system, the guide pipe should have enough flow area (FK), that is, the inner diameter of the guide pipe should make the oil flow rate meet the recommended value VI of the better flow rate. The heat transfer oil circulation heating system belongs to the pressure operation system. The micro pressure in the pipeline is mainly used to overcome the friction resistance caused by the pipeline and heater duct to the oil operation. The pressure control devices in the system are pressure gauge and pressure (overflow) valve, which are mainly used to divert the oil to the oil furnace through the overflow valve when regulating temperature and throttling. The flow control is realized by the adjustable flow valve (on-off valve) in the system. Its function is to control the amount of heat-transfer oil entering the heater per unit time, and fine-tuning the temperature of the heater according to this. The temperature control of the working face of the heater is mainly realized by the oil temperature at the outlet of the oil heating furnace, that is, it is realized by the opening size of the throttle valve, which is controlled by the burner and throttle valve of the oil heating furnace.
