What should we pay attention to in the use of peanut machinery？

Peanut machinery is very common in daily production and processing. What details should we pay attention to in the process of use?

1. Before starting a fire, check the oil level display pipe on the expansion tank to ensure that the oil level is about 20mm higher than the bottom of the glass pipe. If the oil level is not reached, replenish 330# heat transfer oil in time.

2. Turn on the high-temperature pump immediately after the fire is made to accelerate the circulation of heat transfer oil. When the oven temperature reaches 80 ℃, start the forward rotation button of the rotating cage to make the rotating cage enter the working state to prevent deformation at high temperature.

3. The oil temperature of the oven shall be controlled at 290 ℃ - 300 ℃. The temperature is controlled by opening and closing the fuel valve. When the oil temperature is higher than 300 ℃, open the fuel valve to cool down. When the oil temperature is lower than 290 ℃, close the fuel valve to raise the temperature. The oil temperature shall not exceed 300 ℃, so as to prevent the heat transfer oil from reaching the boiling point.

4. The closing tightness of the peanut oven box can be adjusted. The integrally formed silicone rubber door seal ring ensures the high vacuum in the box. The oven should burn high-quality coal. During the fire burning process, the furnace bar should be cleaned in time to prevent poor ventilation caused by coal coking.

5. In the process of operation, when operating the forward and reverse buttons, stop the cage first and then start the reverse button to prevent the inertia from damaging the motor and other parts.

Attention to these six small details can not only prolong the service life of peanut machinery, but also improve our work efficiency. Therefore, this can not be ignored.
